This reminds me of a Simpson episode where OIL was found underneath Moe's tavern and then Burns bought the land next door and built a plant .... after all, OIL is underground and doesn't necessarily fit nicely in the land you own..




Given FMC will be using Nemaska's new processing plant by actively pumping Brine from underground (as opposed to evaporation ponds), they could produce at a fix cost, and able to vary its lithium output on demand.

It will be interesting to understand the structure of the underground Brine. (ie: is the underground brine shared across both SDV and FMC or they each have their own reservoir separated by the mountains... but I did notice the big brine water table that sits on the borderline between FMC and SDV).

Also SDV's DFS picture seems to show the Brine cuts across to FMC and SDV (assuming the blue is a representation of underground brine)
