re: damm messy if AZR has to issue shares to extinguish this repurchase right, I am sure MGX will allow them to do so, whatever facilitates the takeover going ahead...given there is no 3rd party expressing interest it looks like AZR is a goner sooner or later (not as a going concern, as an independent entity). But I wonder how hard a bargain ARC will drive to be bought out?
