Good tactic*. Gives time to spread the money around amongst many 708 type investors . It is impossible to get any stock of size this time round . That is how keen the punters want it . Ordinary punters can go play with VPE . Apparently , there is going to be alot of appeal for ITC going into a 3-4 well game .
