    Placement/cap raising is probably due when we compare the cash of about 18m at present to the cash burn of ab 1m per month. The Mar placement was done when reserves were around 14m. Scollay hinted at OS investors in that recent interview and the major investor last time was a NY mob. Lots of guesses!
