Raising finance when they have so much money in the bank. This is simply diluting the overall share value. Be interested if the big sellers are now getting more shares at a price lower than they sold through the share placement.

to appease the small holders they will give a small placement of say $5,000 worth.

Dont like this at all. I expect the price to drop after the placement
