Well they would not put into a halt if accepting the Y offer, so l suggest it is the long awaited restructuring or perhaps another bidder [ but that seems unlikely ].
ETWPB + ETWG to be put into some sort of preferred security and new ord share issue, but will need shareholder approval, so who knows.
