IMU has given me Emu eggs in the $ dept & still holding here. I think the cap raise may be from USA (as in ACW) recently & looking likely the acquisition is more for IMU IP than them aquiring. The ANN we have been waiting for. Happy to wait to wait 2 more sleeps...
