I agree with Slugstock - I reckon it's a capital raising.

UEQ just issued 48 million shares at 50 cents to raise a whooping $23 million. The race is on for junior u explorers because I suspect that inevitably there will have to be some consolidation amongst the smaller companies down the track and those who can establish substantial jorc'd resource base first will be in a very advantageous position.
