Hi Andrewe,

IBR has not much in common with TMR except the fact that they are both in the gold mining bussines.
The Tradinghalt ASX announcements where just lodged at the same time but thats where it stops imho.

Too far from eachother TMR too small to take IBR and no synergies to make this a clean fit.

Forget about TMR they are just picking up the left overs from BMA at the moment.

IBR has something else to tell us and lets hope its not another rights issue or the like.
