guys the only negative ann posible which is a 5% chance in my humble opinion, is Capital Raising... They have a crap load of cash though... why would they want to raise more.
By the way i sent Bruno an email yesterday after 4-5 attempts to get in contact with him on the phone... the response via email was very prompt and extremley brief. He basically said in this email that he has been "busy working with the KPMG auditors of the half yearly accounts" and that "as soon as sensitive information came to hand this would be made available to the public" usual response to a company update query. Im happy to provide you with the exact response as it appears in my email..

Does anyone think that this a capital raising..

I would say take over at 1.10 ~ very cheap but the directors will recommend at that level... i mean they ar making a fortune and can retire on this...
