Very good point. I could never work out why there was a valuation of $40mil. There has been a lot of speculation that there will be a sale of the Derma division to be announced today - but I can't see that will happen. Has to be something else.

If we follow a scenario that the arm will be sold in the near future then how would that help MXC? The Derma division, in my view, is a distraction from the main game and even $3mil is a well placed strategy at the moment. If it involves passing on the VC deal to the purchaser, that may increase the sale value if the purchaser believes it can recover a few million from VC. Sale price could be $5mil in that case. At the moment, Derma is a loss making venture and the prospects of revenue past $1mil is some time off.
