I think if the announcement isn’t in before open, we’ll see a halt. Which is ok by me.
I’m thinking they also have to coincide an announcement with the Canadian company and hopefully in US.
The more factors involved and the longer it takes... my opinion is the better it is.
I’ve been in quite a few cannabis company halts (mostly Canadian all worth the halt)
