I could not fault your logic at the time, however I decided to hang in there where I have witnessed the SP going well above that and now well below it. Even after personally interviewing the CEO I'm still not totally convinced but the company appears to be making all the right moves, its just whether the BOD and management have the skills to capitalise commercially on the opportunities starting to evolve. Varmco has been a disaster for them. Its yet to be seen if this debacle can be remedied by establishing a decent revenue stream from CannEpil.
If the ann is all about yet another distribution deal then its a non event unless there is a definitive cashflow or revenue stream derived from it.
