The wording used in the announcement is rather odd to me.

A commercial "transaction" would indicate a one off sale rather than an ongoing agreement. I certainly don't want to make judgement until we see the full details but it's possible that this could be the sell off of a division or it could just as easily be the sale of products such as CBD, etc.
All we can do from here is wait and then assess when we have the full details.
