I dont have a problem with the raise. Given these types of stocks are either going to go up by 10-20x or go broke, the dilution from this size of raise is largely immaterial. The bigger issue is that they dont want farmout partners holding them over a barrel while they run out of cash. I actually think this has much more upside than downside in the near term now that they have some cash to keep the lights on and various big catalysts coming up.
