All your three guesses for the requested trading halt by Heron are very strong possibilities in my opinion.
So many possibilities exist including:

Nickel Sulphides / and or joint venture agreement.
Scoping Study Results for Jump up Dam
Acid Plant or supply contract for Jump up Dam.
Larger scale production at Jump up Dam
Column leach results.
Lion Ore / Heron litigation ..... but doubt it.
Even with your thoughts and any of the above possibilities we might be miles away.

The key is most likely in the Open Briefing on 20/02/07
with main focus on Jump up Dam.
