    Directors imposed a trading halt which lasted a year or so when the Mining Licence issue was unresolved.

    In my opinion:

    The ASX should impose a Trading Halt until this matter of funding for the Amalgamation/Takeover is resolved. In fact the company should have requested a TH weeks ago when it knew the reason ( not disclosed) for the delay
