    wonder what cemex will come up with.

    I guess they have to do something. With all the subprime lending problems, things couldn't get much worse.

    So we might be conned into taking a low ball bid.

    Hope the board is a bit smart about this.

    I'm sure they will.

    Reject anything below $23, I say
