i know about gdn, i have followed them for a long time and own some stock. i have read almost all the anns.
the reason this smells bad is the timing. right now they are supposedly on the cusp of a big gas find and all of the sudden this comes out of the blue. also recently the sp has taken a beating with no apparent reason. well there is a reason, we just don't know it but we soon will.
