I have no insider knowledge here, but you have to run with the idea of a capital raising. Funkyman should be close enough to spot on. AGM were running pretty thin for funds so after a healthy rise in the share price, it's a logical time to raise a few dollars.
It'll be interesting to see who they include in the capital raising - it would be nice to think that shareholders will be looked after, but generally they're the ones that are overlooked.
Unless this capital raising is accompanied by positive news, I believe we'll see a short term pull-back to around the capital raising price (80c ?).
Interesting times.
