    BSG have requested the trading halt because of discussions involving a "material transaction".

    I could be wrong, but I reckon it is just about certain that this "material transaction" is about BSG wanting to takeover/merge with Palmajero Silver.

    PJO has served its purpose and it now makes more financial sense and is market positive for BSG to own PJO 100% rather than the 70% approx. that BSG currently has.
