RIO is holding an investor seminar on uranium 21 May in London. I still think it's a takeover (by RIO) or possible some form of alliance. Yes there is still a lot of work to do, but WHE fills out the portfolio of uranium assets RIO has (producing and development), it's more than an exploration play, the management is ex-RIO (as are the assets) which are proximal to RIO infrastructure that was pulled from sale and RIO is calling the spot uranium price to US$200/lb
