there is an appalling error here - they should have had hedged contracts for supply of palm done ages ago - they knew they would need the stuff.
Imagine constructing a plant and then not able to supply it with feedstock at profitable prices. Why build it if you cant guarantee a profit ?
Now we are at the mercy of market olein prices which is totally unsatisfactory, no wonder the market is unimpressed.
however they will certainly get going eventually and lets hope they can wrangle supply sooner rather than later.
