I took the welcome tax sale on this one and no longer hold...but you'd think it could only mean one of three outcomes.
a. Obtained finance from a vendor.
b. Decided to self fund project thru share issues
c. Mothball the Westonia project and look elsewhere
Hopefully 'a' or 'b'. Top notch crowd that has been screwed by circumstances...
