The trading halt firmly points to a capital raise/share issue rather than a loan.
In my view a small raise is positive, indicating faith in Charlie 1. Anything large is a negative, ($10m plus ) My view on Charlie 1 is its worth backing, and expect 88e to act in a manner consistent with minimizing dilution, while maintaining an appropriate cash buffer.
So we wait and see.
