    Considering the sell off the day before trading halt, the chance of "bad" news may higher than good news. Regardless whatsoever, the worst scenario could be capital raising. Unless someone wants to take over and wishes the sp go lower.

    The good news could be something like "take over" or new discovery. Just guess.
