Don`t think so doon,
with PDN holding >11% of DYL it is not likely that Areva is going to make a T/O offer. Remember they are already in a struggle with PDN about those 10% they hold from SMM.
But what about Areva is offering to t/o all of the nambian tennements of pdn and dyl?
