I've heard that its likely they'll raise some cash via convertible notes (although I don't think such an announcement warrants a day long trading halt - so its probably incorrect). It does make some sense as the current situation means a low capacity to take on more normal debt, and a placement with the price where its at would be a low value option.

I guess we'll find out tomorrow.
