It's possible the capital raising is a loan , an intial 800k loan has been acepted it mean more to come ,it makes sense as money is cheap and no dilution at these low prices , P. Cook wouldn't like to see his stake shrink, he owns over 10M Shares , anyway we see tomorrow , could be wrong.
