Trading halt means one thing. Capital Raising! These clowns need plenty of funds.
I bet this is a large raising at a substantial discount. However, if it falls sub $1.50 its a buy until your head falls off or your nose bleeds. It should be well supported.
Thats assuming its a raising. Only guessing here.
