I am with you on the 20m contracts ratification, it must be close to coming out any time now.

If we look at the market cap of BQT, and add a 20M sale that is good top line revenue for its size. I would love to know what will go to the bottom line. Even if cost of sale is 30% or 40% it will prove to be an enormous cash injection until the next one comes in.
