SUSPENSION OF TRADING

At the request of FinTronics Holdings Company Limited (the“Company”), trading of the shares of the Company will be suspended effective from 14:38 p.m. on 10 September 2007 pending release of the announcement regarding a notifiable transaction and a price sensitive information of the Company.


This announcement is only released through the web-site of the Stock Exchange and will not be published in any newspapers.
