still waiting to consumate the deal, at a guess. Doing a deal in China is never easy at the best of times.
On a separate matter, I am staggered by how short- termist these large sellers appear to be. We have gone 18mths waiting for SPS, ATMS, RBA decisions and full integration, and just when we are getting to the juicy bit, these sellers just want out....reminds me of BPC before it got going!!!
