If they are raising capital, I wonder if they will do a shareholder pp as well? Seems to have been few lately.
I would love them to do what DYE did about 18 months ago, that is also issue 1 for 4 ( or 2) options with a strike price equal to the raising price (if there is one) for 1/2 cent with a exercise date about 2 years in the future. DYE's has worked out fantastic. It also has the benefit of injecting extra capital as the sp moves up and if that doesnt eventuate no one is really hit. QHL is going to need substantial funds to maintain the present promotion phase and acquire the equipment to supply airplane makers.
