Maybe Straits are to exercise their right to 70% interest in the project at Torrens. If this was the case you would think they also would be in trading halt.

Straits has an exclusive twelve month option period to exercise a right to earn a
70% interest in the project, (currently Argonaut is the 100% holder), pursuant to the
terms of the Joint Venture.
