    Placement does not always equal a drop in SP. Take AMA as an example, on Monday it was 95c with a trading halt because of a placement at 82c. It opened at 92 dropped to 88 and today it hit $1.00. Only the nervous nellies and those that thought they could pick it up cheaper got hurt. Sometimes placements are seen by the market as a positive step especially if the placement puts the company on the radar of institutions...

    I am not worried...
    unless its a placement at 20c to fund the aquisition of GDN :)
