    I would say they more than likely have placed the shortfall from the last capital raising with a group of sophisticated investors. Ithink there was around $5.5 million worth they said they would do when the chance arose.

    At the end of the day they still nedd the money to make everything happen.

    Guess of a price .25 to .28 cents.
