what you must know is that in previous announcements it was clear that two dist.deals were in advance stage of negotiation. The other announcement to be made is FDA approval. However, it appears that Dist.Deals are tied in with FDA approval. Therefore, if they receive FDA approval there is a better chance that dist.deals will also be in the clear to progress. This will have a significant impact on sp.

Given the above a trading halt is not out of the question at all.
