Existing shareholders were lucky to get a look in the last time around, let alone NON-holders. (The rights issue ratio for holders was 1 in 20.) The the vast majority of the allocation was gobbled up by institutions and most holders took up all the rights they could. I VERY much doubt your chances of getting a glimpse of the action without holding, and even after buying at market, you may still not be offered many (any).

One thing's for sure though. The last issues were ALL well worth being in.
