Don't know the dates for the Straits agreement but it's 12mths as per announcement.

As from the commencement of the gravity
survey Straits has an exclusive twelve (12)
months option to earn a 70% interest in the
Project, (currently Argonaut is the 100%
holder), pursuant to the terms of the Joint
Venture. Straits may earn up to a 70% interest
by spending $7 million on this tenement. The
Project contains a strong magnetic anomaly
with previous drilling intersecting strong
magnetite and haematite alteration typical of
the iron oxide style Olympic Dam and
Prominent Hill orebodies.
