    massive placement coming, has to be at a discount to market. Deserves to be a deep discount for the state of affairs in my humble view.

    Be 90-100m new shares issued is my guess.

    Means about 950m to 1bn shares on issue...

    Difficult stock market now. TAM is desperate for this raising so why pay top dollar...
