You jest? TAM can hope to place shares at 13c, but why would you buy at 13c? last closing price was 12.5c and that looks like it was propped up , the 30 day avearge price is about 11c, so that is the base price. 11c.
buying this placement is throwing good money after bad, why? because they also say in the Annual report that they need at least another $10m in the next quarter (ie Jan 2008), so another 100m shares come out then too?
