No silly buggers, people are concerned about the market generally, until it settles down the full effect of this announcement on SP will not be seen. Great opportunity for those with cash - never been a better time to buy. But Dow is at a critical point and if there is significant downward movement from here we may see extreme bloodshed. So the opportunity may even be further magnified! This is the gamebreaker, if you are cashed up well done! Thi sort of opportunity doesn't come often - possibly $40 share within 6-7 years.
