I agree with all the concerns you stated sandminer.
Nevertheless, the shed business is supposed to be profitable and growing ($2 million profit last financial year allegedly).
If another 90 million shares are issued, the company would have a market cap of $13million and a pe of 6.5.
If the Mad Monk is as busy as you say, it's unlikely they're operating at a loss although i'm not sure how much of their profits are generated by the boutique beer. Maybe they will release some operating numbers soon.
Still a dark cloud over it but plenty of potential.
