ADV Group Limited (ASX: ADS) requests a trading halt prior to the Extraordinary
General Meeting (EGM) of ADV shareholders to consider a number of resolutions,
including:
• The proposed change of activities including the corresponding acquisition of
Vertex Group (Middle East) WLL (“Vertex”).
• The replacement of the company’s constitution.
• The proposed change of Company name to Citadel Resource Group Limited.

The Extraordinary General Meeting will be held at 11.00am EST tomorrow (November
28) at the Holmes Room, Four Seasons Hotel, 199 George Street, Sydney.

Upon approval of the resolutions at the EGM and satisfactory compliance with the
conditions for re-quotation from ASX, the company will re-list as Citadel Resource
Group Limited (ASX Code - CGG).

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
