From the past few announcements I would say A2 management have been pretty poor.
I find it hard to believe they did not know at each stage that the results will not be as flash as they've been telling.

27 Aug - All? Directors sell out
28 Sep - Change in FY21 outlook
17 Nov - AGM nochange to guidance
17 Dec - Trading up pending guidance update
