Peter Nathan and David Hearn at the very least need to go. End of story. Preferably the rest too. I actually wanted Hrdlicka to stay - her strategy wasn’t even given a chance. TheY wanted change and hired her, they got change, they sacked her, continued doing what they were doing before - and here we are.
