nice to get further institutional support?

now that heron has gas indications the project has been massively derisked.

the thought of meo issueing shares to institutions at a price which meo were prior to spudding is a little on the nose.

at december 31 they will have $20 million cash. perhaps a spp would be ok if they really need the cash but let the instos buy on market or issue them some shares in a month or 2.
