Yes you are correct, a placement has not been announced.

But... they have come out and said they need $$ for the UKC acquisition, and then they release a broker/investor presentation.
So that says to me that a raising is taking place.
Companies often go into halt to announce a raising, so that is what i think is happening here.

I wasnt stating that releasing placement details was taking place on HC. My comment was in relation to the fact that we have had a few more posters and a few more viewers of late and these people could be those that have, or are, participants in the raising... hence their interest in the stock.

Or it could just be that the company is getting on the radar of more and more people. I know that over the last couple of months the posts on here (and S . S) have increased substantially, so that could also play a part.

I do agree with you thought, its exciting times!
