mulgabill major shareholders in gwr and fas are much the same and that being the case the gwr shares they have they want to keep and they want to get rid of the fas shares which are pretty well worthless .It will be an interesting situation this following week to see fas share price, it was 26cents on 21-12-07.Look at gwr $2.15 and work the numbers 7 fas shares x 26 cents = $1.82 why would any GWR shareholders even consider this when its worthless script, when $2.15 cash is on offer in the open market.

13)chinese and indian buyers willing to commit to purchasing gwr iron ore
14)GWR will have best corporate board governance
15) GWR have best corporate advisers AZURE CAPITAL
16)overall potential of over billion tons of iron ore
17) there will no longer be major shareholders with hidden agendas such as take over or mergers to interfere with GWR
